The time difference = 1pm - 7 pm = 6 hour = 360 minutes
3 minute gains from 5 second
1 minute gains from 5/3 second
360 minute gains from (5×360)/3 second = 600 second = 10 minute
So, at 1 PM, the watch will indicate = 1PM + 10 minute = 1 : 10 PM
